How to play
Type the word on a ship. Every right letter fires; the last one blows it up.
When several words start with the same letter, your first key picks the ship closest to your shield.
Backspace lets go of a word so you can pick another ship.
Esc pauses the game.

Defend your ship, one word at a time
A fleet of pixel ships drops toward your ship, and every ship carries a word. Type a word to lock on: each right letter fires your laser and the last letter blows the ship up. Ships that reach your shield line cost you a shield.
Clear a wave to earn a bonus. Each new wave brings more ships, faster ships and longer words, including space words like orbit, comet and gravity.

How many shields do I have?
Three. A ship that reaches the dashed shield line above your ship takes one away.
Why did my laser stop?
You pressed a key that is not the next letter of the word you locked on. Type the right letter and keep firing.
Is there sound?
Yes, but it starts switched off. Press the speaker button in the game to turn it on.
